The leadership of the National Assembly says they have met the expectations of Nigerians on the Electoral Act Amendment.
The Senate President, GODSWILL AKPABIO, expressed strong satisfaction with the newly signed Electoral Act, 2026.
Senator AKPABIO described the Amended Act as a historic and painstaking piece of legislation that reflects the genuine aspirations of Nigerians.
The Senate President made the comment in an interview with journalists at the State House in Abuja, after witnessing the signing of the new law by President BOLA TINUBU.
