FUBARA'S CPS ABANDONS FB PAGE DUE TO REPEATED HACKING, CREATES NEW ONE

Nelson Chukwudi, the Chief Press Secretary to the elected but suspended Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara, has abandoned his Facebook page and created a new one due to what he called repeated comeback of politically-motivated hackers and the posting of inappropriate materials on the regular official Facebook page of the Chief Press Secretary to the Rivers State Governor. In a terse statement on the new Facebook page, Nelson Chukwudi wrote: "we completely dissociate ourselves from those offensive materials, and wish to inform our cherished followers that we have, momentarily, stopped using that page to provide you with our content. "We have, rather, created a new Facebook page to enable us connect and engage with you properly. "We invite you to switch over to the new page and follow the activities of His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, and the programmes and policies of the Rivers State Government executed to transform the State, make living comfortable and leave enduring legacies for the people" he stated.
