SANWO-OLU COMMISSIONS NEW RESIDENTIAL ESTATES IN SURULERE

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has commissioned the LBIC/Megamound Greater Lagos Apartments at Obele-Oniwala, and the LBIC/Crown Exquisite Homes at Olaleye New-Town, Iponri, in Surulere.
Governor Sanwo-Olu said "these developments speak to what is possible when we stay focused and work together. Through collaboration with our private sector partners, we’ve delivered housing units, and a sense of stability and dignity for hundreds of Lagosians.
"The Greater Lagos Apartments consist of 378 one, two, and three-bedroom units. The Crown Exquisite Homes offer 64 four-bedroom maisonettes. These are different homes for different needs because we understand that one size doesn’t fit all.
"These projects were made possible through partnerships with Megamound Investment Limited and Crown Exquisite Homes & Property Limited, and I thank both teams for their professionalism and commitment.
"We’re not stopping here. LBIC has more projects on the way, all designed to be functional, affordable, and built to last. We remain committed to closing the housing gap in Lagos, one step at a time."
