GUARDIOLA Confirmed for City’s Champions League Tie Against Paris St-Germain at Anfield

PEP GUARDIOLA is expected to return to Anfield, the home of Manchester City, when they host Paris Saint-Germain in a Champions League tie next week.

PEP GUARDIOLA left City at the end of last season, after ten years in charges, leading the team to winning several titles.

The game at Anfield against the French side will be City's first at home since they were found guilty of over one hundred and fifteen breaches of the Premier League rules.

GUARDIOLA has backed City’s denial of any wrongdoing and have lodged an appeal against the Premier League findings, including falsely inflated commercial revenues by Eight Hundred and Thirty Million Pounds.

Before the UEFA clash, City will return to action after the three-week international break against Liverpool on Sunday. The game promises to be a searing Premier League atmosphere at Anfield.

ENZO MARESCA's side then host Champions League holders PSG on Wednesday, October 14 when GUARDIOLA is expected to watch from the Etihad stands.
