HOUSE ON THE ROCK PASTOR REPORTS TO POLICE OVER ALLEGED WIELDING OF SUSPECTED FIREARM IN TRAFFIC

The Lagos State Police Command says Pastor Paul Adefarasin of the House on the Rock Church in Lekki has turned himself in for investigation.

The Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, said Pastor Adefarasin turned himself in at the Lagos State Police Command Headquarters, Ikeja.

CSP Hundeyin said in a terse statement that Pastor Adefarasin is being investigated in connection with an online video in which he was seen holding a gun-like object against another road user, while driving in an unregistered vehicle.

The Lagos State Police Command spokesman noted that no one was above the law, assuring that the outcome of the investigation would be made public.
