SANWO-OLU CELEBRATES 'SILVERBIRD GOVERNOR OF THE YEAR AWARD'

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, is a much happier man, following his recognition as the Silverbird Governor of the Year 2024. Governor Sanwo-Olu bagged the award during a ceremony Sunday night, March 16, 2025, at the Eko Hotels and Suite in Victoria Island, Lagos.  In a brief statement on his X.com handle, @jidesanwoolu, Sanwo-Olu said the "award is a tribute to the hardworking and resilient people of Lagos State who have supported our vision and initiatives. Your unwavering belief is what fuels our commitment to excellence."  He promised to remain committed to ensuring that good governance remained at the forefront of his administration and to continue delivering the dividends of democracy that the people deserve. "Together, we have made significant strides; let us continue to work hand in hand to create a brighter future for every Lagosian" he said.
