SHOOTING STARS ASST. COACH SLUMS, DIES DURING TRAINING

Tragedy has hit the Nigerian football community, following the death of the Assistant Coach of Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan, Oyo State, AKIN OLOWOKERE.

Club sources said that OLOWOKERE was rushed to a hospital after he slumped on the pitch during the team’s morning training session on Monday, August 11, 2025.

OLOWOKERE joint Shooting Stars Sports Club recently after the exit of the GBENGA OGUNBOTE-led coaching crew from the club.
