ANDY BURNHAM Replaces KEIR STARMER As British Prime Minister

There has been a change of leadership in the British government, as KEIR STARMER formerly stepped down as Prime Minister.

This comes about four weeks after STARMER first announced his intention to resign as Prime Minister and leader of the Labour Party.

STARMER is being replaced by ANDY BURNHAM who was elected unopposed as the new Labour Party leader on July 17.

In a farewell speech in front of 10 Downing Street in London, STARMER said he was leaving the UK stronger than when he took office.

As for ANDY BURNHAM who takes over from him, STARMER wished him a successful tenure as the new Prime Minister of Britain.

Meanwhile; ANDY BURNHAM has promised to do better in his first speech as UK Prime Minister, with a ten-year plan to be unveiled later this year.

BURNHAM said his administration would be a circuit breaker for Britain, adding that cost of living measures will be outlined in the coming days.
