“We Stand with Uma Ukpai Family…” – Gov Eno Mourns

Akwa Ibom State Governor, His Excellency Pastor Umo Bassey Eno, on Monday, October 13, 2025, led members of the Executive Council on a condolence visit to the family Rev Dr Uma Ukpai over the death of the clergyman at the age of 80.

In his note on the condolence register, Governor Eno stated that "We stand with the Uma Ukpai family in this difficult time, praying that God will comfort and strengthen them. His ministry may have ended on earth, but his impact will continue to shine across Akwa Ibom, Nigeria, and the world"
