PASTOR ADEFARASIN BROKE THE LAW BY POINTING STUN GUN AT ANOTHER PERSON - LAGOS CP

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, OLOHUNDARE JIMOH, has said that the founder of House on the Rock Church in Lekki, Pastor PAUL ADEFARASIN, committed an offence by pointing a stun gun at another person.

CP OLOHUNDARE warned that the use of a stun gun as a form of threat or to create fear in the mind of another person constitutes an offence under the law.

He made the clarification in an interview on Channels Television following reactions to the ongoing investigation of Pastor ADEFARASIN after he was exposed in an online video, pointing an object at a man while driving in an SUV in the Lekki axis.

CP OLOHUNDARE said that the social media content creator whose video exposed the act by Pastor ADEFARASIN has also been invited for questioning.

The Senior Pastor of House on the Rock Church on Tuesday this week, turned himself in at the Lagos State Police Command Headquarters in Ikeja for interrogation, after which he was granted bail.
